For any worthwhile goal, you should have a plan, be prepared, be willing to do a little extra to meet those goals! By tracking your progress, you&#8217;ll be able to overcome obstacles and self-sabotaging habits to stay on course and be successful!<\/p>\n<p>Ask yourself these questions and get the answers to stay motivated!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How badly do you want the end result? Rank it on a Scale of 1 to 10.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>What do you think will happen in your life when you reach this result?&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Do you have realistic goals and views of the results? <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>What are triggers?<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"font-weight: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Triggers are what cause obstacles or vice versa. Most of the time, triggers bring out strong emotions, both positive and negative. Triggers drive us to return to our comfort zone, usually our addictions, which mask the real issues at hand.&nbsp; See the <a href=\"http:\/\/fitnessmakeover.com\/cart\/products\/Part_1_Gain_Control-18-10.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fitness Makeover Control Workshop DVD<\/a> for more info on this!<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>Here are some common triggers that may become an obstacle to your fitness success:<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<div style=\"font-weight: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Emotions:What  are you feeling and why?&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"font-weight: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Food  cravings: Why you are having  cravings:<\/span><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Did  you miss a meal(s)?<span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Is  there a satisfactory substitute? or can  you have a limited quantity and be satisfied?<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">My  favorite question: Is this REALLY what you are craving and  if you have it will the craving stop?&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">other  peoples foods:<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Review  your goal and realize that you won&#8217;t eat like this forever and that  once your metabolism is elevated (fm program &amp; the right  exercise) you can eat whatever you want!<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">My  personal favorite: that food will still be there when you are ready  for it! The world won&#8217;t run out of that food!<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">There are many more that we can review, you&#8217;ll hear them in a later podcast!
