Consistency or motivation? Were you motivated to be consistent or were you consistent, saw results and were then motivated?<\/p>\n<p>Whichever it may be, you need to maintain  Consistency &amp; Motivation to get in shape and stay in shape! Here&#8217;s some ways to stay on track!<\/p>\n<p>What helps motivation?  These three things:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Consistency<\/li>\n<li>Planning <\/li>\n<li>Purpose<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Here are some guides to help you with motivation and consistency in our workouts!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Consistency<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Staying on track is motivating! <\/li>\n<li>Consistency brings results which are  motivating as well!<\/li>\n<li>Think about the payoff of your workouts to improve consistency.  <\/li>\n<li>Use your self talk to work for you.  <\/li>\n<li>Your inner voice should encourage you! <\/li>\n<li>Listen to the little Personal Trainer on your shoulder (not the couch potato).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Planning<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Deadlines help increase motivation by creating a sense of urgency.  <\/li>\n<li>Planning your workout cycles and having a set start and finish date will give you the urgency to stay on your plan. <\/li>\n<li>Having an endpoint relieves the mind of stress.   <\/li>\n<li>Be realistic with your time and your plan. <\/li>\n<li>Remember, if you fail to plan, you plan to fail!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Purpose<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Knowing your purpose, what is that payoff for this work?<\/li>\n<li>Determine what motivates you.
