2. In the 7th box down on the right (Health/Fitness), copy & paste or enter Fit Girl: Your Guide to getting in shape for the name and www.fitgirlguideblogspot.com for the podcast URL.
3. Fill out any other podcasts that you want to nominate in other categories.
4. Fill out your details at the bottom and press submit
